We’re traveling to Europe this summer, and I’m on the hunt for a new purse! I want something different from what I already have — nothing too big, but something that keeps my essentials safe while we’re exploring.
Here’s a peek at what I’m considering:
Top Choice:
This first purse is the one I’m most likely going to get. It checks almost all of my boxes: it’s a little different from anything I currently own, the size is just right, and it offers more security features than my previous purses — which gives me extra peace of mind for travel.
A Surprising Favorite:
I also love this white version of the same style. I’m usually not into white bags, but this one is really speaking to me for summer. It has the same shape as my first choice, just a fresh, bright vibe.
A Dressy Option:
These next purses are just so cute! I was thinking about bringing an extra one for dressier dinners or special nights out. I just love the look of them.
Another Top Contender:
This purse was a strong contender too. I absolutely love the shape and style, but since we’ll be doing a lot of outdoor activities, it might be a little too dressy for this trip. Still swooning over it though!

Kavu Backpack/Purse:
This has been my go-to for years. It’s not too big, fits a surprising amount (even my DSLR camera!), and I love that I can wear it across the front for extra security. It’s seriously my GOAT travel bag. I even use it for shopping trips to clip gift bags onto!
Green Crossbody:
I have a crossbody similar to this one in green. It’s been my summer purse for multiple seasons and could easily work for travel again. I’m just craving something a little different this year.
Another Crossbody Favorite:
I also have a crossbody like this one that has always gotten compliments whenever I wear it. It’s not in the best shape anymore, which is why I’m not bringing it on this trip — but it’s been a favorite!

Update: I went with two Walker Family Good purses for my upcoming vacation, a crossbody that I have in green, and I got one in another color. Above I said I was bored with it, so why did I get it again. I got a fresh color so hopefully that will help with the boredom. It’s kind of like my Kavu sling, it is just so handy when it comes to travel. The size, safety everything write there infront of you. I can put it in my backpack and it’s just more me. Then I also got a purple purse. I got the big bay, they have a smaller one. I usually love small. However, I was feeling this one would work best. I usually hang my water on the outside of things, but I like how I can put it on the inside.
