I have a pink Nike workout shirt I’ve had for along time and still love to where it. When Hiking walking I feel like it is nice to have pockets so you will notice the both the pants and shorts picked have pockets. The capri’s have a UPF 50. These Merrill tennis shoes look perfect for a long hike.
The shirt is good for hiking because it has UPF protection according to the description. For running or walking a wear either Brooks or Asics.
